Ocean Grove is truly a unique town that has kept its charm and brings you back to a time when life was so easy and innocent. Everything is walking distant, so you don't need a car when you are here. The Asbury train station is walking distance from the house or a quick Uber ride can bring you too. Amazing restaurants are in the town of Ocean Grove, or only blocks away in Asbury Park!

Our charming beach house is decorated and furnished to make sure your stay is as comfortable and effortless as possible. The house has three spacious floors, recently painted and renovated with new hardwood floors throughout the home.

Ground floor has a private bedroom suite, with full renovated bathroom, and a separate room with new washer and dryer.

Main floor (one level up) is an open floor concept, with large family room and eat in dining room and eat in kitchen. Also off this floor is one of two outside porches, housing two comfy rocking chairs and a picnic table that fits 8.

Top floor (two levels up) has two guest bedrooms, a full renovated bathroom in the hall and a very large master bedroom with a new full bathroom. There is also a wonderful outside porch off the master bedroom, offering amazing views of the lake across the street and the ocean 1.5 blocks away from the house. There are three rockers, along with 2 very comfy chairs and a table. Great place for reading a book, watching the ocean or the lake - or if necessary, working from home!

House also has a refreshing brand new outside shower with hot and cold water. And, a driveway and garage which is extremely rare in Ocean Grove which gives you peace of mind to never worry about finding a spot on those busy beach days!

House has central air conditioning and heat and a new BBQ in the backyard. It comes equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, including condiments and spices. All linens and bath towels are included, along with standard staples (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner), as well as gas for the BBQ.

The house has high speed wifi and three smart TVs, allowing you to use your personal accounts to stream your favorite shows.

During summer months, the house comes with 6 beach passes and a locker on the beach, filled with 6 beach chairs and an umbrella - everyone loves the convenience of our beach locker!

The house is professional cleaned before each stay, so you walk into a spotless home, ready for your relaxing stay.

Note - this property was on HomeAway, VRBO and ShoreRentals for 7 years and had Exceptional Reviews and I was a Premier Host. We did not rent the house in 2025, because we were personally able to use the house more. We have put it back up to rent for 2026, due to our kid's sports schedules, which prevent us from being there as much as in the past. Happy to share past reviews, just reach out to me!
