”Breakfast and staff were absolutely 10/10. One huge minus was the hotel's very strange policy about "children under 11 stay for free" (which is mentioned somewhere if you know to look dor it) here's why: 1. When you book a hotel for two adults and two children, e.g. aged 10, the booking site recommends a room with actually not enough beds, but "one double bed and one single bed" or something like this. It turned out that the room had one 140cm bed and one 120cm bed. The bigger bed surely is ok...

”Might be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars. ”
