Great hotel in super location
The location of the hotel is perfect; next to the Potemkin stairs and few minutes walk to main pedestrian street Deribasovskaya. The hotel used to be the finest in Odessa, and e.g. Finnish Marshall C.G.E Mannerheim has stayed there. Other famous guests were Marcello Mastroianni, Isadora Duncan, Aleksander Pushkin, Robert Louis Stevenson. Great English speaking helpful staff. Nice spa and sauna department with pool, included in the room price.

Loistava sijainti ja palvelu
Todella siisti hotelli erittain hyvalla sijainnilla aivan Odessan ykkosnahtavyyden, Potjomkinin portaiden ylapaassa. Portaat johtavat suoraan Odessa satamaan ja hotellilta keskustan kavelykadulle on vain muutaman sadan metrin matka. Ainoa miinus hotellilla oli, etta jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta kahdesti; tilaamamme erillisvuoteiden sijasta ensimmaisessa huoneessa oli parisanky ja seuraavassa huoneessa ilmastointi meni rikki. Joka tapauksessa voin suositella hotellia lampimasti kaikille Odessassa vieraileville.

We were originally booked for Londonskaya hotel they were closed so they transferred us to the Bristol Hotel the hotel was absolutely magnificent definite recommendation the staff were so honest polite great service was fantastic

The hotel receptionist Derya Is absolute awesome as usually in Turkey they can be quite rude she was very helpful and the hotel is located in a very good position definitely recommend Cost to shops Metro and restaurants

Just keep in mind that Londonskaya was closed for refurbishment when I arrived. It would have expected you to know that and to have informed me about it in advance. Still, I was put up at Bristol, so the scores you see are for it.

Great hotel and pool
Wonderful heated swimming pool but only problem is that lap swimmer don’t always able to swim. Management team should let’s kids and seniors to stay together, not to spread everywhere, so lap swimmers could get some work out done.

First it looks like a very old palace. Second, they have palatial rooms that people like Mastroani, Chekov and other famous people stayed in. I suppose it’s been the best hotel in Odessa for a century. Third, rooms are huge especially the suites named after people. I stayed in one when I could but it’s literally booked all the time. It’s not that expensive if u can get it. Fourth location is perfect. It’s on a park in the city center. No cars are allowed through unless the hotel allows them. Fantastic street musicians all around. Concerts with famous professionals down the Potemkin Steps a hundred yards away. The magnificent opera where I got to see Romeo and Juliette in Prokofiev’s home town a hundred yards the other way. Every major restaurant and attraction within a 20 minute walk. The ladies at the front desk were ultra professional and took care of every detail to help me out. Even had lab people to come and do covid tests in my room for my next trip. The spa is huge and fantastic. It’s a major hotel for weddings and corporate conferences and parties so once a week the music will be really loud until around 11. Food was meh but breakfast is decent. Lots of variety. Food staff works hard. There are literally hundreds of restaurants with a 15 minute walk. I had to move so went to one remote luxury hotel at twice the price. But the location, facilities and service of this hotel can’t be beat especially at its price. Best cereal hotel by far.

Beautiful Old Hotel in City Center. Well maintained and spotless. The Staff was very efficient and front desk all spoke English well. Very reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel. Morning Breakfast was good although service in Restaurant is somewhat slow for other meals. This unfortunately is the case in a number of Odessa restaurants. Recommended and I would stay here again.

Very beautiful historic hotel
Very beautiful old building. This hotel has been operating as a hotel since 1846! The ceiling height in our room must have been over 6 meters. My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very central.

Заселение в отеле это целый квест. Номер, который мы ожидали практически целый день ( как нам объяснили - не был готов) абсолютно нам не подошёл - под крышей, маленький, поломанный карниз, кровать держится на «честном слове». То есть не соответствовал описаниям при бронировании. Дальше после наших негодований нам предложили посмотреть ещё несколько номеров - немного побольше, но в одном из номеров стоял такой стойкой запах табака, и так как мы не курим находятся в этом номере было просто невозможно. Вообщем, опять звонок на ресепшн, опять просьба пересилить. И наконец мы заселились только в 19:15. Уставшие, злые. Обслуживание номеров - хорошее. Персонал приветливый. Но целый день ходить в ожидании заселения - это негативно повлияло на наше впечатление об отеле.

Very clean, quite and good quality hotel. Located near to center in very beautiful place. Has the best gym which I have ever seen in hotels. The problem is the restaurant service. The first time I was waiting 45 minutes (without a lot of other costumers) for coming someone and take the order anf finally I left. The second time i gave order and they drought it after 1 hour and 20 minutes plus the order was wrong.

Eugene at the front desk is a Star. He was really accommodating and took care of our needs. Also the restaurant manager was so kind and super helpful.staff were speaking English and everything was great. The hotel has been really improved its condition since my last stay years ago. The only negative part of the hotel is the elevator which is extremely slow. In general I recommend the hotel l.

My favourite hotel i Odessa city
I have visited and/or stayed at all the top hotels in Odessa centre. I find that Londonskaya is my preferred hotel, compared to location, service and price. Londonskaya is rated 4* but in my opinion it is as good as the 5* hotels in the centre of Odessa. It is an old hotel kept in an old style, some people my find that it is not restored to a modern comfortable style. I find it authentic and would prefer this historic touch. Because the hotel has an agreement with a proper spa and fitness centre on the other side of the building, as a hotel guest one can use a swimming pool, a sauna and a fully equipped fitness centre as part of the facilities. In that sense, Londonskaya has perhaps the best fitness centre I have ever encountered in a hotel. I found the staff very professional and attentive, as a guest I felt appreciated. The outdoor patio / yard for breakfast has a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu
Świetnie położony , zabytkowy hotel ale wymagający gruntownego remontu. Obsługa bardzo miła i zawsze służąca pomocą . Pokoje niestety dosyć zniszczone ale za to bardzo ładna strefa basenowa.

Sehr saubere und ordentliche Zimmer. Ruhig, auch zur Promenade hin. Durch die hohen Decken heizt die Klimaanlage zwar das Schlafzimmer oben, unten im Zimmer bleibt es aber relativ kalt. Die Fernseher sind klein und es gibt nur wenige Programme. Das Schwimmbad ist organisiert, wie in der Sovjetunion und hat sehr unfreundliches Personal. Dafür ist die Rezeption und der Roomservice hervorragend.
