”The room was beautiful!! It’s recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasn’t amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren ”

”One night stay to visit local family. Very welcoming, met on arrival. Coldest night of the year so far and it was warm, cosy & comfortable. Owners live next door, attached house, easy parking, easy to find. Will possibly be return during 2026, central location for all our needs.”

”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my partner and our dog. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort. ”Nice one! Great room with a king size bed, spotless clean, spacious and cosy. The only minus was the extremely strong smell of washing detergent in the bed linen - this hotel is not suitable for allergic people!! Our clothes smelled like the washing detergent for days later... Otherwise nothing to complain about, staff was great, friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was good. We could stay again in this hotel.”
