”The photos are a bit enhanced vs the actual room. So glad we booked an oceanfront room though! Otherwise, it would also be nice to have beach chairs to borrow at no charge included in the charge. Overall, staff was amazing and made everything enjoyable”

”Check in is confusing, 3 hotels check in at one of the 3 hotels. Then you check in and proceed to your hotel, just not as clear as it could be. Other than confusion at check in everything was great!”

”The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”

”The only thing that stood out was a $100 cash deposit. The rest was fine. Its a motel by the ocean with a pool.”

”Room smelled like a wet dog. 1 of the beds flipped over when you sat on the bottom of the bed. Both Tv’s were super small and darn near falling off of the wall. Extremely outdated. I don’t think I will stay there again because the price that I paid for the room that I received was outrageous.”

”Do not stay here if you thing motel 6 is bad, this one out beats all of them it’s the worse hotel to stay st”

”There was a roach in the dresser and the floor was gross to even walk on and it just didnt look or feel clean at all. For the price it should of been better than what it was. ”

”The pictures in the listings are from their ownership rooms not the rooms you book from a 3rd party. You have to pay $15 a day to park your vehicle. The lady at check in spoke little English and the girl training her wasn’t not friendly she seemed very stressed. The room was simply just ok nothing special nor anything like the listing pictures. I would not rebook or visit this hotel.”

”Was very disappointed with this place. It must have had water damage because the mold smell was so bad. Fortunately the staff set us up next door.”

”Electrical outlets heat up or are broken in 211. Elevator is out of order.”

”Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.”
