”We stayed at the hotel as part of Karla and Craig's wedding party .I would like to Thank the hosts Catherine was amazing I can safely say she made everything go smoothly and nothing was too much trouble .from start to finish she was friendly welcoming ,enjoyed a laugh a joke and a song a long with me at breakfast .. nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to what was an emotional day fir both bride and groom . ”Convenient location but felt fully immersed in the countryside. A beautifully maintained country house hotel with a warm welcome from an attentive team. We lunched from the bar menu and dined in the restaurant, both delicious. The spritz cocktails are heaven in a glass Wonderfully comfy bed and beautifully furnished rooms. Thoroughly recommended”

”The grounds and the hotel were absolutely stunning! We were delighted with our bedroom suite. The hotel can boast an interesting history; on the wall in the restaurant is a wooden plaque, with a gilded list of previous head girls from 1937 when the hotel was run as a school. The beautiful stained glass windows on the staircase are evidence of the previous importance of the building. The hotel is well placed for activities in Warwick, and visits to Stratford on Avon, & Royal Leamington Spa. ...

”We booked the family room with a pull out couch, but they did not provide linens/pillows for the pull out or enough towels. I notified the desk, but no follow up. I brought it to their attention at checkout and they took my email, but did not follow up. I paid extra for a family room, but didn't get the benefit of it.”

”Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...

”The room we stayed in was far too hot. Even though we had the window open, the temperature control set to 16°C and the fan on, it was very uncomfortable. We found it difficult to sleep. We also spent as short a time as possible in our room. We were disappointed with the food available. The website advertised a Market Menu, which wasn't available. Just the expensive menu in the restaurant to choose from. However the breakfast staff we very courteous and the choice of food was excellent.”
