Large open space for family and split/open floor plan with master bedroom on one side of the house.

Bedrooms' configurations:
7(6 + 1 daybed) beds total. All bedroom beds are equipped with Nectar 12 inches of memory foam mattresses(medium-firm) for a comfy sleep after a day in the parks or at work. We also provide Pack-n-Play and baby highchair for your little one, and it's FREE of charge so you can relax knowing your little one is taken care of.

Master Bedroom: 1 King (Nectar) with 1 in-suite full Bathroom + 2 Nightstands + Writing desk and desk chair + 65 Inch Smart TV + Philips 32 In ch Gaming Monitor
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen(Nectar) + 2 Nightstands + 55 Inch Smart TV
3rd Bedroom: 2 Full(Nectar) + 1 Nightstand + 40 Inch Smart TV
4th Bedroom: 2 Full(Nectar) + 1 Nightstand
Living room: Daybed with 3 drawers/2 firm twin mattresses(converts to a king bed) + 2 Nightstands + Writing desk and desk chair

The 2nd full Bathroom is shared and the 0.5 bathroom is inside the 4th Bedroom.

The Living Room features a 6-piece comfy fabric sectional + 75-inch Smart TV with a soundbar system

The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker + a 4-slice toaster. Also provides sponges, dish soap, silverware, glassware, cookware, dinnerware, knife set, cutting boards, kitchen towels, and a kitchen waste trash can with liners.

The laundry room includes a washer and dryer set with detergent pods provided. Iron and Iron boards are located inside the Master bedroom's closet.

This house also features a water softener system.

The backyard includes a covered dining and conversation area plus an outdoor kitchen Island cart with a Weber gas grill and a 3.1 cu. ft. Mini Fridge. There are also plants and fruit trees (Banana and Mango). Please enjoy these complimentary seasonal fruits if they're ripe and ready for picking during your stay.

The backyard also boasts a cozy outdoor conversation area with newly installed decking and solid wood Adirondack chairs - the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day. And if you're looking for a bit of ambiance, our brand-new firepit sets the mood for a magical evening under the stars.

Whether you're planning a family barbecue or simply want to soak up some sun and enjoy the outdoors, our backyard is the perfect spot for hosting family barbecues or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars.

General: High-speed internet WIFI, Smart TVs, bed sheets, linens, towels, iron, hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, plates, silverware, glassware, BBQ Gas grill, central AC, and washer and dryer inside.

This house has a parking capacity of 6 cars and overnight street parking is allowed. No RVs or Trailers at home.

**IMPORTANT** Our neighborhood is your typical urban neighborhood in transition. We absolutely adore our neighborhood and have never had any issues, but with that said.... IT'S NOT FOR EVERYONE. If you're looking for a cookie-cutter place in the middle of suburbia then our home is probably not a good fit, but if you want to be in the heart of Orlando with lots of character and close proximity to all that Orlando has to offer please continue reading. Regardless of where you end up (there's no right or wrong), we hope you enjoy your travels!

Great house for a family vacation:

No parties or events are allowed. Small gatherings of family or friends are welcomed but they can't be "altered" into a party. We reserve the right to enter the property to cease the party and notify the law enforcement departments. The "No party" violation fee is $600 and an extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.
No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM
No pets
No smoking inside the house and the designated smoking area is in the backyard(Ashtray provided). No recreational use of marijuana, which is also illegal in the state of Florida.
No open flames/No candles
No extra/unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests regardless if they stay overnight on the property will be charged $100 per person. If there are any extra guests, please let us know before check-in, there will be a charge of $25 per person for the entire stay.

Please DO NOT leave the bath/hand/wash towels on the floor or use them as bathroom mats which destroys the towels. We want our guests to feel at home and provide high-quality towels to our guests. We do not reuse the "floor towels" for our guests since these "floor" towels are damaged. Please be kind to these towels and help us protect our environment and the planet. For each damaged/destroyed towel, there is a $25 charge.

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

Again, DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.

We have one motion-activated security camera (Driveway) and one smart doorbell(Entry door) on the exterior of the house. This camera and doorbell will be functioning during your stay. If the camera or doorbell is shut off, blocked, or covered, we reserve the right to enter the property to check the number of guests along with charging a $100 fee. We will confirm with our ISP that there is not an outage first.

We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and FedEx does deliver to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guests might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.

Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
One kitchen sponge
Coffee in the little can is on the house with 2 filters, any additional coffee/filter will be the responsibility of the guest.
2 sets of laundry pods and detergent
2 trash bags for each trash can

In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
We have provided shampoo, body wash, and hand soap dispensers in each bathroom, we will make sure the dispenser is full when you check in, no refill is provided.
