There are additional fees that come with this rental, which weren't specified on Expedia. This part really made me frustrated, because I had already paid and there was still a service/cleaning fee that was not disclosed to me until a MONTH after I had made reservations. By this time, even if I were to cancel the reservation, I would not get the full amount of refund back. Not only this, but they required me to send in pictures of my ID and credit card (front and back), which I found very shady. I did not like this at all, but they refused to send additional information regarding the check-in process if these documents were not sent in. And to top everything off, I was told that I would receive check-in details the day before checking in, but that did not happen. On the day that I was supposed to check-in, I sent an email to them stating that I had not received any information regarding check-in to the rental house, and since I had paid for that day I should be given the information, and the response I had gotten was that I needed to sent pictures of my credit card (which I had already sent and had been confirmed by the reservation person that everything was in). So I quickly took pictures of my card and sent it to them, and then I got the information I need. And, just an FYI, this all happened while I was boarding my plane to Orlando.
