I have stayed at this hotel twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were poor. The value does not match the price, and I will not be returning.
Room Quality & Cleanliness:
• Hygiene: On both stays, I found stains on the bed sheets. The hallways are poorly maintained, with cobwebs on the ceilings and visible bugs.
• Plumbing: During my second stay, the bathtub flooded and the toilet struggled to flush.
• Amenities: We had constant issues with our room keys. The TV was unusable for our entire stay; the remote was missing initially, and the replacement provided did not work. When we finally received a working remote, the interface was locked in a language we couldn't navigate, and none of the apps functioned.
Service & Management:
• Staffing: Communication was difficult as the staff member sent to assist with the TV did not speak English and could not help us resolve the technical issues.
• Management: The manager is unprofessional. He maintains a "fake nice" demeanor but becomes dismissive and snippy when issues are raised. Despite the numerous problems, he only offered a meager $30 refund on both occasions. When I shared my feedback upon checkout, he sarcastically told me I should have "said something," ignoring the fact that I had been reporting issues throughout my stay.
Summary: This hotel is overpriced and poorly managed. Save your money and stay elsewhere to avoid the frustration.
