I arrived around midnight and was greeted right away by a very friendly front desk associate who provided great customer service. Throughout my stay, all staff from housekeeping to general employees were polite and professional.
The hotel is conveniently located near the ESPN Sports Complex and Disney parks, and the price for a three-night stay was very affordable compared to nearby hotels like the Gaylord Palms.
The room was clean and comfortable. Some furniture could use updating, but it wasn’t an issue. The bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, and the refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom were all clean. Hot water took a few seconds to warm up, which was normal. The room was exactly what we needed since we were mostly there to sleep and head back out to the parks next morning.
Breakfast was good for a quick bite with waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, and desserts. The area is small and can get crowded, but any frustration came from other guests not the hotel.
Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay without breaking the bank. For my family, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.
