”Nice hotel with a nice pool. Location is very good just next to Icon Park. Room was comfy and clean. Bathroom could use a little update, but fully functional still. Breakfest was toast's, bagel's, fruits, yoghurt, coffee and you can do your own waffel's. ”

”This was a great spot for a day at Universal. The shuttle was easy and when we didn’t come back on the shuttle, the location is so close that an uber was extremely affordable. I wished the pool had later hours (sun up to sun down) because our kids would have loved a night swim but that was the only thing I wished was different. The place is a little older but was clean. Would recommend . ”

”The hotel is in a need of renovation. The room was still okay but already outdated. What really describes the hotel's attitude towards their guests is that they don't accept deliveries for their guests! My orders were turned away by the front desk, causing me tremendous problems. In many hotels that I have stayed, they even bring the packages to my room. Not in this hotel, though! I was not even informed about this total lack of service so I could not do anything about it in advance. There were...
