Guest Access:

Our guests have full, private access to the unit, with contactless check-in and out available. Please note there is no elevator and stair access is required to the entrance of the unit.



Parking:

• Dedicated parking space for 1 vehicle directly in front of the building

• A parking pass will be issued for each vehicle and is valid for a period of 7 days. It must be renewed at the security gate every 7 days.

• Overflow parking is available in unmarked spaces throughout the community on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner’s expense.



Ventura Country Club amenities:

• The community pool is open from 5am - 9pm daily.

• Passes for the pool are provided during your stay, a $150 replacement fee will be charged if the passes are not return by check out.

• The gated community is segmented into various neighborhoods. Other resort amenities in these areas are not included or may require an additional fee.



The Neighborhood:

The gated Ventura Country Club located on the east side of Orlando, minutes from major highways and the international airport, offers an 18 hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. Tee times can be booked online, please visit their website for pricing as it can fluctuate.



There are several neighborhoods located in Ventura. Our home is located in the Willowpointe neighborhood and comes with access to the community pool just steps outside your front door! The community pool is open from 5am - 9pm daily and requires a pass to enter, which is included in your stay. Other resort amenities around the community are not included or may require an additional fee.

Driving is the most convenient way to explore the area, especially for visiting Disney parks, shopping outlets, and nearby attractions at your own pace. Your own vehicle or a rental car is highly recommended. If you prefer not to drive, taxis and private transfers can be arranged from the airport and major hubs. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available and commonly used for quick trips to theme parks and dining areas.

Other Things to Note:

• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• Please note that to enter the resort by car, a valid driver's license must be presented. Photos of driver's licenses and documents sent by email are not accepted. If you arrive as a passenger, the driver must present a valid driver's license, and you must present your ID or passport to confirm your reservation.



Additional Services:

• Rent a highchair for USD 29 (one-time fee)

• Rent a Pack 'n play for USD 39 (one-time fee)

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



HOUSE RULES

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
