Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

THE SPACE
This newly refurbished condo has 2000+ sf fabulous Mid lake Views and is just 1 building from the main Pool and Clubhouse. The spacious layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, has an open plan living and dining area, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The south facing living area offers cozy open plan seating plus a breakfast nook and formal dining room, a 60” smart TV, DVD and premium cable. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a meal in the granite topped kitchen which is equipped for a quick snacks or gourmet dining. All the comforts of home and more! Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony, which is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day and watch the sunset and the lovely views over Lake Cay with Sea World fireworks.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a hybrid mattress, top quality linens plus a ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. The vast en suite bathroom includes his and hers double vanities, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 full beds in the third bedroom. Upgraded pillow top mattresses, top quality linens, fans and flat-screen TVS in all bedrooms.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information and there is also a QR code on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
