Orlandoccc Vacation (tm), VistaCay, Orlando, on ylellinen lomakaupungitalo, joka sijaitsee jännittävällä 5-TÄTÄTARVALLISella VISTA CAY RESORT -alueella Orlando-alueen Golden Central -alueella. This place was so nice and quiet. It is a great location if you are going to be going to Universal or Epic Universe. The place has so much around you from food to shopping. The pool area was great so nice, and my kids loved there was an arcade. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Rooms and property was clean and very well kept: with folders set out with various information about property. The towels folded into swans was a nice.Laundry room was well organized with umbrellas and ponchos if you happen to have forgotten yours like me.Property is close to shopping with plenty of places to eat. The property was quiet during the evenings.Universal studios was very close ( 3miles or less for parks)Clubhouse had a nice pool and hot tub along with a small game room.Property was exactly as listed

The townhome was perfect for our two families to share. My friend and her two kids took the top floor, we shared the middle living space, and my daughter and I took the first floor bed and bath. Perfect for a large family or multiple families to share. The space was clean and it was very easy to communicate with the host. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Loved the accommodations! It was perfectly located for us. One downside was that the resort was in the middle of reconstructing the main pool area, which meant we had to go to the pool across the road. This wasn't mentioned in the ad, and would have been nice to know ahead of time. But it was only a small inconvenience that will be over soon. Would definitely book again.

Great location

We stayed for a cheerleading event at the convention center. Located 1 mile from the convention center, 3 miles from universal. Main pool under construction but access to other pools were very accommodating. There was a DJ who had games for the kids like hula hoop competitions and water balloon toss. Check in and communication were great. Would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We stayed a couple of nights to do some theme parks in Orlando. We loved this location! It was near all kinds of restaurants and attractions. The host was very responsive and the place was clean as a whistle. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, nice property and owner was very responsive to our needs. Location was within 3 miles to all the parks. Main pool was under construction but there were other pools to use on the property that were adequate. Only issue we had was running out of small supplies like toilet paper and paper towel. There was not an adequate supply of these items so we bought extra and left them for the next set of renters.

Great location. Universal and disney close by. Airport only 15 minutes away. Grocery store, restaurants, attractions all close by. Nice 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo. Host responded quickly to a disposal issue. Condo very clean(floors could use a washing) and nicely decoated and furnished We hope to return next year.

CLEANEST CONDO IN VISTA CAY!

We stay regularly in Vista Cay and have seen the whole spectrum of rentals. Without bashing anyone else, let me say that this unit is ALWAYS clean, the furnishings work and the instructions are concise without being overbearing. We mentioned after our last stay that a Kuerig coffeemaker would be a nice addition. Upon arrival this time, we found both a new Kuerig AND a new toaster oven to supplement the stove and microwave. Just doesn't get any better than this! Thanks, Helene!

The home was very clean. A clean and quiet neighborhood (gated community). Kitchen well stock with cookware, appliances, dinerware and drunkware. Enough space for all. Sleeping area was comfortable. I must say, we stayed a week and have no complaints. The fee was perfect. So, thank you!

A perfect base for the Parks and other Orlando activities. The property was lovely and clean. As described. Easily fitted the 6 of us in. Parking easy. Pool and facilities were a bonus, we didn't have much time to use them. The check information email had everything in that we needed. I could have done with some of the information a few days before, to help with planning though. Thank you for having us.

Top Quality Property!

I was a little concerned over previous reviews referencing ants and cleanliness, but on checking in, found the dwelling to be impeccably clean. As to the ants... This is Florida (we live in the state)... Every June or July, small "sugar ants" come to visit... it is inevitable. You just can't kill them all. The landlord here gave very sage advice on keeping the foodstuffs sealed and cleaned up to minimize attracting them and that worked for us. We saw a couple in one of the top bathrooms, but nothing approaching an infestation. The bottom line is that we have been staying in Vista Cay properties for over ten years, often in this model, and this was possibly the best maintained one so far. We would definitely rent it again!

Condo near convention center

The condo was great. We needed to walk to the convention center and it was in a perfect location for that. The reason I said listing accuracy of 4 of 5 was that there was actually lots of items included that specifically said they were not included so we bought them since we went to the store before arriving at the condo. Hand Soap, shampoo, dish soap we’re all provided. The cleaners did not get the laundry taken of before we arrived and we were short on towels but that wasn’t the fault of the condo owner. It’s a great place with lots of room, good sleeping arrangements and a nice living space. Would stay there again for sure!

Attended Christian Conference

We attended a conference hosted at the Shingle Resort. The location of this unit was perfect. We were close to the conference site and Universal Studios. The unit was clean and roomy. We are considering staying here again next year!

If you're cool with an ant infestation and a dirty property...

The location is great, right behind international drive. The checkin was easy and seemed like a great property for me and a couple of colleagues to stay for our work convention. Unfortunately, there were ants...EVERYWHERE. I sent videos and pictures to the owner. We had no food and were gone from 9am-11pm every night. Those who were with me are blondes and I'm a redhead, yet there was curly black hair matted into towels, rugs and in the corners. This place has not been cleaned well in months. I found hair ties on the floor of the bathrooms with hair in them! Dead mosquitos in the fridge, dead cockroaches in the corner, and cheese it crumbs on the chairs- maybe that's where the ants came from? I reached out to the owner and she offered to refund the last day- which I had already modified to leave early. I asked for a refund on minimum 50% because I now have to have my luggage professionally cleaned- yep, came home with ants. She stopped responding at the point and I have not heard from her since even though I tried to resolve the issue and write a less than honest review with the condition that she work to resolve the issues privately with her cleaner.
