”Great hotel, can highly recommend. Rooms were clean and beds were great. Chose this hotel because there were no carpets in the rooms. Mini-fridge suited our purposes well. Free coffee at the restaurant a big plus. Only negative comment I have is the lack of hanging hooks in the bathrooom for your towels. We were four persons and there was only one hook. But otherwise our stay was a perfect 10. Will definately stay here again”
”I booked this hotel for our universal studios trip and it was such great stay. Everything was so clean and staff were very attentive. Breakfast included, parking was free and offered shuttle transportation to universal. Highly recommend!”

”Room was spacious, beds were comfortable with enough pillows which were also great and you could control the room temperature yourself
There was an iron, a good amount of hangers and storage space, as well as a safety deposit box.

”The apartment was beautiful, very clean and brand new. It has everything you need in kitchen. The staff at the check in was very welcoming. I only want to point out a thing here, my 2 yrs old boy while playing on the water park for kids he pooped on his diaper, things/accidents happens, and for every person with toddlers Im sure they know what Im talking about, the safe guard covered her nose, in a very rude manner and he started to tell everybody and they all laughed. ”Great on site restaurants, easy access via water taxi to Universal Citywalk and the two Universal parks. Cant be beat. Hallways could use some repair (baseboards coming off and scuffed badly, lifting carpet), sometimes dirty. ”
