Nice clean apartments and service at the check-in was really friendly. Unfortunataly rooftop terrace with pool was not owned by the hotel so that was surprising. Excellent stay at Eric Vökel, much better rooms than our other friends who paid more for another hotel. Great location for us, close to the center but not too busy. Clean and fresh rooms.

Good, family-friendly hotel
Nice place in a good, quiet location. Walking distance to Centraal Station and with bikes it's easy to get around from the hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel was nice, but the room without a canal view was a bit dark. A good option when traveling with children.
