”I really liked this hotel, it was our second visit but, they completely messed up our dinner. We pre ordered the roast pork but, unfortunately they ran out! We ended up with ham, egg and chips which was laughable, the ham looked like thinly sliced spam, the egg was overcooked and we had a few oven chips! It was so bad we got up and walked out, which i have never done before and I’m 67! I have emailed the hotel but, no reply! We won’t be going back!”

”They lied and said it was a seafront but inside it wasn’t. Fan was very slow and low quality and it was a tiny desk fan. The room was hot as there was no ac and I couldn’t sleep due to heat.”

”On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. ”After travelling on a much earlier train than originally booked, due to the hot weather, we were in Paignton alot earlier than we planned and had to wait a few more hours before checking in, Emma and Alan were very accommodating in letting us leave our suitcase with them before checking in, which was a huge help.
