”This place is immaculate! The decor is over the top! Bed is very comfortable! Air Conditioning was perfect! Has a fireplace also…. Great view of the river as it sits ON the Matanzas River. The host was great! It’s across the street and a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. We Loved our Rest and Relaxation and our little baby Labradoodle ‘Sandy’ loved her First Vacation!!! ”Absolutely Amazing Experience. The place was very neat and tidy. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. And the location was just perfect. It would be difficult to find a better location than this one. So close to the beach. Literally, walk right around the corner and you will witness a truly magnificent view. An awe-inspiring non-crowded beach that you will have mostly to yourself. I would absolutely stay here...

”We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine! The property was comfortable, and its location was excellent. We were able to walk to downtown in just 8 minutes, so we didn't need to use our car during our stay. Communication with Monique was excellent. She was always attentive and responded quickly to our questions.
One detail I would recommend mentioning in the listing is that the property has apartments located upstairs, accessible by stairs. If you have difficulty climbing stairs or limited...
