”Updates to room are needed, however I knew that when booking. Room was comfortable, spacious and had the oceanview it described. Beach was great, pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant and tiki bar were superb. Good prices and friendly staff.”

”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. ”

”We knew this place was dated and we were fine with it because of location. We specifically rented a room with a large jacuzzi tub. Well, the jets did not work. They did not report it because we don’t want anyone in our room, but I did let them know at checkout. They did offer anything in the way of compensation but that’s okay. But for over $800 for 2 nights, I expected everything to work. ”

”Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention ”

”Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but...
