”Room was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!”

”Had a family emergency and told the desk clerk before paying him that I would only stay one night instead of two and he told me since I did go through Expedia the refund would be through then. Expedia contacted them the next day and they refused to give me my money for the extra day I did not use . The clerk knew and plus I left way early the next day so they had time to rent out the room I have stayed there before and really enjoyed my stay there but it’s hard to believe they could not refund...

”There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

”Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! ”I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful.
