”I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for...

”Very clean!!! The staff were great. Very good customer service. Breakfast was decent. The usual free breakfast. I do not mind staying here again. And if you are a travel medical staff for Paoli, this is a good location. 7-10 minutes from the hospital.”

”The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge”

Fan didn’t work, tub plug was broken, and there was damage to shower wall. Tv picture wasn’t good- not important. I wasn’t able to check out early, as our plans changed, and was charged for the extra day, because the hotel staff said because I booked through Expedia. I purchased the insurance as well, but no benefit. I will not be using this...

”Property needs significant work. The combination of one night guests and long term residents doesn’t work well. Smoking not enforced in long term guest rooms but my room was fine.”

”The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol ”
