Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for...

I wasn’t able to check out early, as our plans changed, and was charged for the extra day, because the hotel staff said because I booked through Expedia. ”The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol ”
