”After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me.”

”I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free.
Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice...
