Asunnot – Paradise

”Thank you!”

”A very convenient spot for folks visiting or doing business in Paradise.”

”Yes, everything was very nice.”

”Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.”

”We enjoyed our stay, the location and view was amazing. Easy ck in, easy ck out. Chelsea was great. The only problem I had was the comfort of the furniture. My son and I stayed 4 days, he is 6'2", therefore I had to use the guest room, with a twin trundle bed, as it was way too short for him. The primary room bed was comfortable. The trundle bed is not. I would suggest putting a comfortable larger guest bed in that room that is for an adult. The L shaped sofa is comfortable on top, but way too...

”Ground-floor room with parking just outside the door.”

”This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

”Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.”

”Great stay for 2 in Chico — Very nice studio apartment with all necessary amenities. Easy check-in/check out, with timely instructions and directions. Very clean and quiet. Terrific location with a nice park nearby with walking trails. Unit stayed cool even in 100 degree heat (note that heat/AC unit is located directly above the bed). Easy access and parking. Would stay again!”

”Stayed three nights here and only had positive experiences. Close enough to campus yet peaceful without downtown noise interference. Having an accessible shower greatly improved my stay due to mobility challenges Parking remained open late making returns hassle-free too”

”Work trip, two nights. Bed was comfortable enough and TV had good channel options. Close enough to campus which saved travel time each morning.”

”Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!”

”Great place very friendly host”

”:) great place to get away and relax.”

”The air conditioner did its job fine though nothing special about it overall.”

”Road trip stop went smoothly with an open terrace where we could chat outside. Inside had everything needed without feeling cluttered or tight for four adults.”
