Ehkä euroopan kaunein hotelli.
Oli oikea valinta häämatkalle. Sisustus arkkitehti oli todella perehtynyt työhönsä. Muuten kaikki toimi kuten 5 tähteä edellyttää.

Loistavassa solmukohdassa hyvä Hotelli
Keltainen, vihreä ja sininen metrolinja miltei etuovella. Pariisiin tutustuminen on tästä kohdasta äärimmäisen tehokasta mainittujen metrolinjojen avulla. Myös kävely Champs Elyseetä pitkin vaikka Louvreen saakka on vaivatonta, koska edessä on vain loivaa alamäkeä muutama kilometri. Ruokapaikkoja on lähistöllä muutamia, mutta tarjontaa ei voi sanoa ylenpalttiseksi juuri tässä kohdassa. Hotelli on erittäin asiallinen ja palvelu ystävällistä. Vedenkeitin olisi voinut olla huoneessa.

if u get a good deal!
We were upgraded to a better and larger room, and hate to think how small the original would have been?! Yes the rooms are bijoux but have to say location is the best possible. Service was ok. Very traditional and nice hotel!

loistava sijainti
Hotellissa oli hyvä palvelu. Joka ilta tyynylle tuotiin suklaata. Roskiksia huoneessa käytiin tyhjentämässä useita kertoja päivässä. Pimennysverhot käytiin joka ilta sulkemassa huoneessa ennen nukkumaan menoa. Aamupala oli hyvä, tuoremehut itse hedelmistä puristettuja ja leivonnaiset ihania. Hotellin sijainti oli mahtava. Riemukaari lähellä ja metroasema. Samoin ostoskatu ja muut nähtävyydet.

Upea sijainti
Hotellin sijainti oli mitä parhain. Toisesta ikkunasta näkyi Riemukaari ja toisesta Eiffel-torni. Champs Elysees oli vain nurkan takana. Palvelu oli ykkösluokkaa ja erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli upea vaikkakin kaipaisi pientä uudistusta, hyvin pientä. Sänky oli MAHTAVA!!! Todella tyytyväinen ja suosittelen lämpimästi!

Palvelu oli välillä loistavaa, mutta mielenkiinto tuntui katoavan palvelutapahtumien edetessä: Tilauksista jäi jotain puuttumaan ja niistä piti huomauttaa, laukkuja sai kantaa ihan itse kun kantaja katosi jonnekin kesken jne. Muuten tunnelmaltaan ja sijainniltaan huippu

This was our favorite place. The rooms are small but so adorable. The amenities are great. The staff are out of this world amazing and kind. And the food at the restaurant was so good. We only stayed here for one night but wished that it had been more. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect location in Paris just steps from the metro and one block from the Champs Elyse’s. We had a junior suite with a wrap around terrace with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower but a magnificent view of the Arc de Triumphe. Absolutely stunning.

Such a beautiful experience. We were very impressed by the property. Room and terrace was perfect and there are options for food at the hotel and around. A short 3 minutes walk to the Arch de Triumph and few more mins to Champs-Élysées shops. Overall - PERFECT experience Thank you!

The staff was magnificent and very kind and attentive. I am concerned about the canopy above the bed. While both I and my companion were fighting head colds, it got worse in the room. I wonder if the canopy collect dust or simply our coughing had nothing to do with the room.

First day we checked in we had a problem with the shower and couldn’t take a shower so they told us they will fix it next day morning and informed us that it has been fixed ; however , the problem remained and they couldn’t move us to another room but just shower in another room , very weird !! And then again the problem wasn’t solved so finally they moved us . And above all that we didn’t receive any discount or room upgrade

Loved our week at the Hotel Napoleon. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We had stayed there previously and some of the staff remembered us, and made us feel at home.

Very good service and helpful staffs. The location is great and lots of nice French restaurants nearby to explore. Quite kids friendly service.

We stayed in June 2023 for four days. We did not have air conditioning for the first two days and to think we paid such a high price at a 5 star hotel. They got us a fan to compensate. Also everything in hotel closes at 10pm.

Hotel Napoleon is the perfect place to stay for exploring Paris. Convenient to the Metro, we easily made our way to the major sites we wanted to visit. Dining options are plentiful in the area as well as lots of great places to shop. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. This hotel is outstanding!
