asiallinen ja mukava hotelli
Asiallinen ja hyvä hotelli, juuri kuten Marriotit yleensäkkin ovat. Hotelli itsessään on suhteellisen iäkäs, mutta silti toimiva. Palvelu oli hyvää ja ripeää. Lokaatio on nähtävyyksistä hieman sivussa, mutta ainakaan meitä se ei haitannut.

Toivoisin enemmän tietoa esim paikallisista busseista, kun ensimmäistä kertaa tulee Pariisiin ja haluaa lähteä katsomaan nähtävyyksiä. Kysyttiin hotellista yksi aamu millä bussilla päästään Sacre`-Coeur lähelle niin saatiin kyllä linjakartta busseista mutta neuvoi aivan väärin! Paikallisilta saa tietoa enemmän! Muuten onnistunut reissu!

Tarjoilu ulkona ja ala-aulassa oli heikkoa, ihmetytti myös ns tytön pyöriminen tämän tason hotellissa. Aamiaisella munakkaiden taso vaihteli 1-5 tekujän mukaan. Muuten hotelli siisti ja respan palvelu hyvää.

J ai eu une intervention à la clinique Sté Geneviève et j ai choisi Marriott 14em pour ma convalescence. J ai été choyée par le personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable . L emplacement est parfait près de tous les fameuses brasseries , les cinémas, les théâtres. Le petit supermarché a 50 mètres la pharmacie à 200 m et la station de taxi devant l entrée de l hôtel apporte un confort absolu ! Je recommande vivement ce Marriott 14em ... Le restaurant r Yves de l hôtel , délicieux.

少し古いが部屋が広くて快適なホテル
少し設備は古めですが、最低限のアメニティも揃っていて清潔感もあり、部屋もベッドも広くて快適に滞在することが出来ました。スーパーも直ぐ近くにあり、今回はメトロを利用することは無かったですが駅も近くて、タクシーでもどこに行くのも思っていたより時間がかからず便利でした。 朝食はアメリカンタイプで、滞在中に内容がほとんど変わることは無かったですが、パリのホテルにしては種類も多くて美味しかったです。 他の部屋の水を流す音が聞こえたり、シャワーの水圧が弱かったことや、フロントで言えばペットボトルの水がもらえるのですが1日だけ水が今日は無いと言われた対応に疑問を感じたことはありましたが、それ以外はほとんど問題なく快適に過ごせました。

I had stayed here once before with a tour group. We found a good price and decided to stay again. My wife got very ill with a virus(?) while eating at a nearby restaurant. One of the servers helped us back to the hotel and from there the staff at the hotel was amazing. They had a paramedic check on us, along with staff. Then called a doctor to come check her out. He came at a little after midnight and gave her some meds and prescription. This was absolutely above and beyond. They have won us over forever.

I have over charges on my credit card. Paul at the reception desk (on 12/14/19, 8:30am) pretended that he adjusted the charges off my final invoice and then asked me "do you want the adjusted invoice emailed to you?" To which I said yes. I still have NOT received a copy of the final invoice. I now have an additional charge for $115.78 on my credit card. It's a terrible shame and a reflection on a reputable company like Marriott to have such a dishonest employee. I'm hoping that I'm not wasting my time here and someone will assist me in resolving this issue.

Brak wody w pokoju, przyniesienie wody do pokoju (woda jest gratis) kosztuje 5 euro.Najgorsze, ze z mojej karty kredytowej codziennie pobierali od 100 do 500 Euro, niby na poczet moich dodatkowych wydatków.Wszystko narazie oddali, ale nie umieli się wytłumaczyć z tych pobieranych, zwykle o godzinie 23.00 sum.Pokoj bardzo mały, hotel bardzo dawno nieremontowany. Jak mówiłam, ze poziom Marriotta w innych miastach, Np w Warszawie jest dużo lepszy, obsługa sama przyznawała ze ich hotel jest Marny.

The property is within walking distance to Supermarket, Post, and some restaurants. It is within a 15 minute ride to other tourist attractions, Louve, Galleries Lafayette, etc. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The staff at the hotel makes it exceptional. The airline lost my luggage for two days and members of the concierge desk, namely Morgan, Adrien and Aizmee tracked the movement of my luggage, and kept me updated on its movement and eventual recovery. This was particularly useful since my stay was a short one. They were reassuring and helpful and the front desk staff was in general pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend Paris Rive Gauche as a great hotel for both long and short-term stays and indeed I plan to revisit in the future. One small improvement that I would suggest however is to provide two bottles of water in the room on check in. It's a small gesture that goes a long way.

The bathbrub was too high. The toilet room had a strange noise within the walls that was light. I had to keep the door closed. The floor i was on this time smelled bad. The carpet was dirty in the common arra.. this was on flr 14.

Nice Hotel and Clean Rooms.
Really nice hotel. Very close to the Metro Train. Decent breakfast selection and wished they changed their menu optons. Same breakfast daily. Loved the make your own omelette section. Clean and large rooms. Great view from the top floors. Overall nice hotel but they're other closer to the tourist sites.
