We would however like to underlign that there is no difference between pictures showed, despite some balconies being indeed smaller than other. Room size is however the same as shown on every distributing channel. For your next stay, we advise you to book a Deluxe room, that are bigger than the superior ones. Do not hesitate to call the reception if anything is missing.We provide complementary water bottles for the first night then you can purchase some from the bar.I think you did not find the bed comfortable because you have reserved a Deluxe room with 2 single beds for 2 people and you ended up being 3 people during the whole stay even if we told you that this room was designed for 2 adults. Our Deluxe rooms are very comfortable for 2 people, so maybe next time you could reserve a triple Deluxe room instead and have a bed each.Best regards,
