”We were going to only stay here for 1 night, because we flew in after midnight and we couldn’t get into our hotel for our cheer event until 10 am. This property looks nothing like how it’s advertised on the internet. We checked in and checked out with on an hour. I had to find a different hotel. The room was not clean stains on the pillows, bedding, the curtains had stains on them, the air conditioning and heating looked dirty with mold and ceiling had patched work from water damage. ”This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. ”

”Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty.
Not exactly a great start.
Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am.
Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...

”We read some of the reviews and almost didn't stay here. What a mistake that would have been. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided free lunch and dinner (we were so busy making final arrangements for our loved one, free hot meals were a blessing). Three (3) free drinks from the mini bar daily. Daily room service, free shuttle to and from the airport. What was not to like. It was a great experience for us.”
