”I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone staff was soo rude and unprofessional I call before hand to let them know if there was any age restriction both of the times I call they confirm that 18 and older. I booked and got to the hotel they told me that 21 and older I get to explain to the dude and the lady that were there that I had call at twice to make sure I was good cuz I had nowhere to stay and instead of helping me the lady in the from desk was super rude.They should do a better job on...

”I like the lady Marie at the front desk at night very friendly ,and the cleaning lady very friendly doesn't speak English though , the accessories could be better in the rooms as far as sheets and towels. But overall they are reasonable prices daily and weekly ”

”The room had smudge on bathroom walls, smells like weed, and there was no cleaning during my stay. Additionally, the lighting outside at night does not feel safe considering the locals that are hanging around. The water temp was fine and air conditioning was good but it did not feel safe to leave the room. ”

”The pool didn’t seem to be heated and was dirty. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport to get a shuttle, I had to call several times. They need a direct line for the shuttle.”

”Check in was cumbersome; parking is difficult + staff offer little assistance to help accommodate. TV in room was beautiful but no instructions provided + sound on remote did not work. Overall, great location neighborhood, spacious accommodations but parking is a hassle + staff courteous but not very helpful. Doubt we will return. ”

”I have been trying to connect with someone at this property about my experience. The GM Jasmine hasn’t responded. The customer service representatives are providing mixed information. During my stay there were lady bugs and flies in the room and living around, both tv’s blanked out so I wasn’t able to enjoy and relax, the refrigerator went out causing all my food to go bad, the sink stopped up, and the maintenance/front desk did not tend to any of my request whether I called from the room or...

”The night I checked in, there was a man who was trying to help with my reservation. They had to give me a room upscale from what I had. He was so kind so welcoming, and the residence in Marriott did a fantastic job of hiring that gentleman. When I woke up a new gentleman was there and every bit of kind. I don’t care about much more else than The room was excellent and clean. But the employees are off the chart.”
