Enjoyed our stay here, this is a resort so you will have everything taken care of here. Good place for families. Swimming pool was awesome and breakfast really versatile and good.

Duagjitt
Laadukas hotelli (tosin hieman kallis) rauhallisella paikalla kävelymatkan päässä Banglan yöelämästä. Hieno allasalue ja rauhallinen sijainti. Kirjautessani sisään sanoin että on tärkeää että wifi toimii hyvin huoneessani. No eihän se toiminut laisinkaan (huone oli päärakennuksessa). Lisäksi tv:n kuvan laatu oli niin rakeinen, ettei sitä pystynyt katsomaan. Pyynnöstä upgreidasivat minut bungalowiin, jossa wifi ja tv toimivat hyvin. Kuten aiemmissakin arvosteluissa on todettu, allabaarin palvelu melko heikkoa. Jos tilasit tarjoilijalta kolme, niin vähintään yksi yleensä unohtui. Allasalue muuten todella viihtyisä ja laaja. Uima-allasaluita on hotellin yhteydessä on kolme, kaksi pientä ja yksi isompi (joka selvästi se viihtyisin). Hotellin lähelle on rakennettu uusi baarialue, joka ihan mukava vaihtoehto, jos ei jaksa joka ilta mennä Banglalle.

Rauhallinen ja siisti ympäristö "hulinan" keskellä
Olin tyttäreni kanssa viikon matkalla Patong Beachillä. Jo 4 reissu sama paikka ja 3 kertaa samassa hotellissa. Valitsin hotellin, koska tiesin sen olevan siisti, allasalue on ihan huippuhyvä ja hotellin puistoalue suuri, jonka vuoksi kun saapui hotellille, niin ihana rauha ja leppoisa tunnelma ottivat vastaan. Voin lämpimästi suositella kyseistä hotellia niin lapsiperheille kuin pariskunnillekin.

Duangjitt Resort Phuket
Pelkkää positiivista sanottavaa hotellista. Sijainti oli hyvä, rauhallinen keidas Patongin eteläpäässä. Hotellialue erittain laaja ja kaunis, upeasti hoidettu puutarha. Allasalueet mukavat, erityisen ihana oli iso allas palveluineen. Huoneet siivottiin päivittäin hyvin. Olimme reissussa pienen vauvan kanssa ja kaikki toimi hotellissa erinomaisesti myös lapsen kannalta.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! The hotel staff will track you and lie to you. I ask for a second key and they wanted 200 baht for it, I advised “no”. She gave me the key anyway but since then the electricity and air conditioning to my room was turned off multiple times and I had to call the operator multiple times and ask for my air con and electricity to be turned back on. At one point it was 40 degrees outside and the entire hotel lost electricity, and staff did not care about the guests. At breakfast time, we were not permitted to sit inside air conditioning as the waitress said “only Chinese people” get to sit inside. Avoid this hotel as much as you can, yes it’s quieter but if you want to be robbed for your money and be over heated in your room or the hotel to track where you go and turn your electricity off, then go right ahead. Staff at the front desk were also rude and disrespectful, they wanted 3000 baht on check in, any travellers stuck for cash will have no choice to budget their holidays or spending money. The bathrooms are disgusting, you go to the toilet and you literally put your hand into the water and the shower was broken. The bathroom towels had holes and ripped and the bed is rock hard, could not use the rain shower as rusted.In the past, this hotel would have been great, but now run down. And the fact that I left my Apple Tag in the room and I have evidence via tracking and the hotel denied this, tells me the hotel and fraud!

Uns wurde dieses Hotel als ein 5* Hotel verkauft, leider haben wir vorort ein 4* Hotel vorgefunden,.. Expedia ist nicht ganz kontrekt mit seinen Kunden. Leider ist das Frühstück für die Vögel, da nichts abdeckt wird fressen die Vögel alles und die Angestellten sehen zu!

After booking this I was little concern as there where a lot of negative reviews so here are my honest reviews we are well travelled and this is our 3rd time to Thailand but first to this resort! We have just had 10 nights here with our family of 4(2 x tennages) we travelled with another party group of 13 that consisted of young children 1-8 years Rooms are great only fault is the lay out of the room with the bathroom at the front area(we had a grand deluxe room x 2)also ask for 2 keys need to keep air con going Pools are fantastic(very clean),breakfast is great a lot of range to choose from Pool access bar is terrible drinks aren’t nice plus along time to make your drinks You have to remember you are in foreign country so there is a language barrier my advise you use the translate app specially at reception Rooms cleaned daily times differ Good location Also note there are no lifts we were on the 3rd floor few stairs Also a walk to front gate but can get golf buggy Would recommend this resort

Ich bin seit Jahren in diesem Resort. Leider wurden an dem schönen großen Pool mehrere Rutschen gebaut. Somit kann es schon mal recht laut werden durch all die Kinder. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und man läuft schon mal eine Viertelstunde bis zur Rezeption. Das Frühstück war leider ein einziges Chaos. Dies lag natürlich auch an den Feiertagen/songkran. Im Prinzip war alles vorhanden, was man essen und trinken möchte. Jedoch sollte man die vielen Gäste vielleicht nicht in einem einzigen frühstücksabfertigen. An der Rezeption dauerte es extrem lange. Es wurde außerdem ein Deposit von 100 € verlangt.

The staff is horrendous. Out of the 8 hotels I stayed in around Thailand this was the worst. They put my mom and I in a twin room with NO BATHROOM DOOR. An area of the room with a shower, toilet, sink, just open to the rest of the room. Imagine eating some spicy Thai food and having to go to the bathroom with your mom, spouse, friend, or whoever and they can hear and smell everything! Gross! When I asked to change rooms I had to pay more and my check in time was pushed back because I upgraded my room. Guess what, they don’t care. And don’t even take your frustration out on them because they will ignore you the rest of the time like you don’t exist. The hotel was outdated and you have to walk a mile to even get to the exit of the hotel which fine at night but during the day with the heat it is terrible. The pool is nice but you have to claim your chair at like 9 am or you will get stuck in the sun all day.

Je suis allé dans cet hôtel une dizaine de fois. Les premières fois j'ai été complètement satisfait, mais cette année pas du tout, j'ai été placé dans une chambre (5127)près de la rue Prachanukroh où il y de nombreux bars street nons fermés et avec une animation musicale exagérée juqu'à 3 ou 4 heures du matin, vraiment pas facile de dormir. Il y a bien d'autres choses qui ne vont pas bien, mais je pense que cet hôtel devient vieux et est mal entretenu. Les portes palières d'accès aux chambres ne sont ni acoustique ni coupe feu, sans joint les bruits et les moustiques pénètrent l'intérieur des chambres. Je me suis adressé à la réception pour expliquer mes soucis, mais au bout de 10 minutes on me demandait de patienter encore 2 nouvelles minutes et encore 2 minutes, j'ai compris que chacun vaquait à ses occupations sans prendre la moindre attention à ma demande, j'ai du donc partir et personne ne m'a jamais recontacté, ni aucune proposition. C'est dommage pour un établissement qui a un gros potentiel. Le personnel n'y est pour rien et fait ce qu'il peut ils sont visiblement en sous effectif. Je pense que la période du Covid et l'après Covid ont modifié leur organisation mais les clients ne sont pas responsables !

They got my drink orders wrong at the pool, then forgot my next drink and forgot the food order for my pregnant wife. She was then starving and unfortunately none of the bar staff spoke Thai or English. Then I asked them to bring another drink in ten minutes so I wouldn’t have to get burned walking over to the bar again. They forgot that drink. I walked over 30 minutes later to get it myself again. Our room in building 5 has extremely thin walls and drum and bass playing through the walls all night so that was great for my baby to sleep. Pool was great, food at breakfast was good. Hotel was medium. Very very medium.

We had the best stay at this resort. The property is huge and the 3 pools are amazing and not crowded. It’s conveniently steps away from patong Beach and the shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and are very accommodating. We booked many tours through the resort and the employee that helped us was able to book us every tour we wanted with no problems including taxi services. I would stay here again. If you are going to stay in patong beach, I highly recommend this resort! The property has security and we felt incredibly safe.

My recent stay at the hotel in Phuket was an absolute nightmare. The level of service was abysmal, leaving me utterly dissatisfied. From the moment I checked in, it became apparent that the staff lacked basic hospitality skills, displaying a shocking disregard for guest satisfaction. The room itself was a disappointment – unkempt, with a pervasive odor that suggested a lack of cleanliness. The amenities promised were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair, making the entire experience an egregious waste of money. This establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards expected of a hotel in a popular tourist destination. The exorbitant cost did not align with the dismal quality of service and accommodations provided. I would strongly advise against anyone considering this hotel; it not only tarnished my Phuket experience but left a lasting impression of frustration and regret. In the realm of hospitality, this establishment's shortcomings are truly unparalleled, making it an unfortunate black mark on the reputation of accommodations in the region.

パトン中心街から少し離れていますが、歩けない距離ではなく、雑踏とした雰囲気から一気にリゾート感を感じられるホテルでした。 プールもウォータースライダーがあり子ども連れには最適だと感じました。 今回2023年12が31日から1月2までの宿泊でしたが、欧米の方が多く異国文化を感じる事ができました。
