”Was very disappointed. Room smelled funny, hard to describe. Furniture was worn and beat-up. Beds were supposed to be queen, they were full size. Fitness room out of order and breakfast had very few choices. Whold place just looked shabby and unkept. Was not what I expected. Would definately not recommend.”

”This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

The room we were in was very beat up. All around the shower it looked as though someone repaired all around it, but never bothered to paint it to match the rest of the bathroom. The tiles were cracked and broken around the bathtub. Doors looked like they had holes in them and then patched very unprofessionally. ...

”The place was really nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times.
Breakfast was good and changed a bit every morning.
Room was very spacious and clean and had everything needed. Mine included a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were quiet and good insulation as you did not hear anything from neighbouring rooms.
I was in the 3rd floor that had renovation on-going but couldn´t hear noise from that either and any time I ran into construction workers...
