It is a nice studio with beautiful built-in furniture with all the facilities needed. There is very small balcony with washer and air con condenser located so you can open it for smoking but I still suggest to smoke at ground floor as it will make our apt smelly and non smokers can notice that (we are non-smoking apartment) There are sea view rooftops to visit, however, this studio apartment is facing the city of Pattaya so it is city view from the window and balcony. It is located only 300 meters to Pattaya walking street. There is a free shuttle to the city and Pattaya beach.

Free car park, swimming pools, gym, children garden, joking track and free private Wifi.

Do not smoke in the Apartment and do not throw tissues in the toilet bowl.
