”There were no utensils also the room had no roll shade to keep the room dark I informed the front desk guy with bald head and he replied that there are two shades one in front and one right behind it when we returned Thursday evening we checked and there was no second shade. ”We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the size and how cute the rooms (suites) were. The rooftop pool and gathering area are absolutely beautiful. I actually went in the cold plunge for 1 minute. So, refreshing. We loved all the little extra amenities, and the workout area. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if we are ever in Phoenix again, we will be staying here again. ☺”
