”I like the newly renovated looks of the bathroom even though I didn't use it, the receptionist was a professional and courteous. I loved the 65inch TV on the wall. I hated the neighborhood so bad, the room SMELLED so bad that my wife started getting sick 3mins as we entered the room. No iron, No microwave. the reservation was nonrefundable, but I was willing to let go that expensive cost and started looking for a different hotel right away. ”This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.”

”The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds.”

Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!”

”Pillows had old blood on them, parking was rough and people in the floors above us kept setting off the fire alarm very late into the night so we kept having to leave the room. Hopefully because the property is so new these are just some kinks that are going to be worked out. Room was clean, sheets and everything else room wise was as well.”

”this hotel is situated in the middle of China Town and there are few places to eat if you are not into Asian cuisine. There are no american restaurants or diners in the are area. We had to leave the area to find dining to our taste.”
