”Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. ”The area felt safe and the street was pretty clean and quiet. It is not a far walk to the T station, and there are several restaurants and Walgreens in easy walking distance. The house was as advertised. It was very clean. The beds are an assortment of soft traditional mattresses and pillows and some very firm memory foam mattresses and pillows. ”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ...

”This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two...
