”The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. Although there is an AC window unit in the window and if you sit in front of it, it is difficult to hear the tv. There is a train track by the house and...

”This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.”

”The cottage on Finger Lakes was picturesque. It had all the basics on the property. Although the water was accessible and beautiful the mini dock was not secured to the ground and could create an accident if someone is not balanced or aware. Unfortunately, there were no detergent pods for the dishwasher so dishes were not washed. It was our first encounter with the Finger Lakes region, but left underwhelmed. ”There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...
