”Hotelli sijaitsee liikennevalojen vieressä ja aikaisempii kokemuksiin perustuen, emme olleet kovinkaan ilahtuneita saatuamme automme hotellin pikkuruisesta porttikongista parkkialueelle hotellin taakse. Mikään hotellissa ei kuitenkaan vastannut ennakko- odotuksiamme. Hotellissa on viehättävät oleskelualueet ja ravintola. Aamiainen erittäin hyvä. Huoneemme oli kaksi kertaa tavallisen huoneen kokoinen ja siinä oli jopa pieni vaatehuone. Mukavuudet erittäin kohdallaan, eikä minkäänlaista ääntä...

”Very pleasant experience. Clean modern room and helpful staff. Cosy restaurant with good drinks. Breakfast is freshly prepared according to your choise, a bit heavy though. Rooms are located in a separate building near a big road so we heard a little bit of noise from the traffic.”

”I have stayed here a number of times now. It is always clean, the staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are comfortable, the leisure facilities good and the food plenty and well priced. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”

”We were staying here because our bathroom is being renovated and will definitely stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a brilliant shower that I did not have to faff around with adjusting, just turned on and it was the perfect temperature. The underfloor heating makes the room very warm although one can open the windows. In kinder weather, there are chairs outside each of the rooms to sit on and enjoy a drink or smoke, and the pub...

”Really friendly friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice selection of food for breakfast, unfortunately the food temperature was not piping hot, could do with better warmers for breakfast food selection. Dinner was very nice, would recommended Haddock and chips. The room we stayed in (131) had a smell of drains which was very unpleasant on arrival to the room.”

”First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark. It sounds comical but with the slippery shower base and total darkness, it wasn't funny. I had to open the shower door and wave my arm to...
