Huoneistot – Peru

”Mr.Brandes is an incredible host. This is my go to stay when im in Peru. Amazing views, very spacious with a incredible host. Thank you for allowing me to call your place home for my stays. I can't wait to go back to Peru and stay in your beautiful rental.”

”On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!”

”We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location: about 2–3 blocks from Larcomar in a very nice, walkable area (there is a convenience store one block away). It’s very spacious and the balcony is a great touch; we had an amazing time watching fireworks around the neighborhood on New Year’s Eve. The building security/welcome service was excellent, and we appreciated that the elevator goes straight to the apartment door. The only note is that the apartment is a bit older, and a...

”My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. Definitely took 2 days to get used to it. I recommend bringing ear plugs for when you go to sleep. The only reason this property is getting...

”The experience went far beyond my expectations. The layout was excellent, and the property was impeccably clean. Security on the premises was exceptional, and the location was absolutely perfect—an easy 10 out of 10.”

”This location is awesome for the price. The penthouse is an experience, a spacious studio in a safe area with a private elevator. It’s close enough to Uber everywhere you need. When returning after dark, a security checkpoint stops cars to verify you belong. It’s somewhat far from the beach (plan to bring a day bag to visit & swim), but close to great shopping centers like Jockey plaza. The main host contacted me before I was in country and gave some great tips on the best route from the airport....

”It is a beautiful apartment overlooking the Ocean. The apartment is large, with lots of room to space out a large group. We loved the hard wood floors. The apartment is well stocked, from coffee to laundry machines. It was a relaxing stay overlooking the ocean, and a close walk to numerous restaurants and the tourist areas. And the host was very kind and helpful, and flexible with our arrival and departure times for our international flights. We recommend it, and would definitely stay again!”

”Every thing was fine however it didn’t have the essentials like in the kitchen and at shower where it advertised as having shampoo. Also the floor is sort of slippery. Overall it’s a nice place.”
