”På dag to ble vi flyttet fra rommet pga en lekkasje vi ikke hadde lagt merke til. Vi fikk da en oppgradering og lagt inn gratis frokost resten av oppholdet. Servicen er hele tiden upåklagelig. Hyggelige ansatte overalt, hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen, behjelpelig også med bagasje. Området rundt er roligere enn mange deler av Barcelona, men det er gangavstand til både bane, buss og trikk. Det er også kort vei til stranda.

"Rauhallinen sijainti, metroasema lyhyen kävelyn päässä. Alue tosin on tunnettu siitä, että siellä haisee viemärin haju. Korttelin päässä Poblenoun oma Rambla, jonka varrella ravintoloita, ja Ramblan päässä on hiekkaranta. Aamiainen oli ikävin kokemus tässä hotellissa, muistutti kouluruokalaa. Meluinen aamiaishuone. "Overall a really nice hotel with great pool area and a bar. Problems start when you check-out as they are soloing with your credit cards making payments without permission.
We payed with a Debit card for the whole stay as soon as we arrived. We made the hotel sure that we want the Debit card to be used as a payment. Money has been charged from our bank account the day we checked in. As we checked-out, they charged the stay AGAIN from the credit card used as a deposit without our permission and without telling us even though we already paid when we arrived. So now we have paid for our stay for 2 times, and not gotten our deposit back. They told they have ”released” the Debit card payment which is ridiculous as that is the card that was supposed to be the payment in the first place. The hotel charged wrong card even when we told not to. Not even an apology. Takes also way too long to respond. Had to beg for HOURS to an answer. "
