”Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located walking distance from a diner. The surrounding property is a bit sketchy and someone has a rooster. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in much. ”

”The entry was amazing! They gave us a handicap room. The safety bars were not secure. The shower floor was slippery. The room lighting was extremely poor. The complimentary breakfast was very good.”

”Room was spotless. The front desk staff was friendly. We skipped breakfast because the timing was inconvenient to our travel and it was abysmal. It had a well lit parking lot. I got exactly what I expected for the price I paid . I would utilize this property again.”

”Our room didnt have properly functioning air conditioning. I alerted the desk staff, she came in verified it wasn't working said she may not have an extra room and didnt have anyone to call. My son who was already asleep stayed in the room and my husband and I move to the room our daughters were using.in the morning when I mentioned to the desk staff id like to talk to someone she had me write down my email and the manager would email me? So far, no email.”

”When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful.”

”This motel was outdated and harmfully our first room smelled like tobacco and toilet was dirty (there was sh** on the toilet)… Receptionist were understanding and gave us a new smellfree and sh*t free room😅 Breakfast was free and very basic. Waffles were a nice addition to basic breakfast. ”

”This hotel is pretty basic, but it was reasonably priced, clean, the staff was helpful, and they served breakfast. Don't let the iffy exterior fool you, it's a great place to stay in Holbrook.”

”The rooms were decent enough for the area. The issues is that we picked that hotel because of the online information that it served Continental breakfast. When we got there and asked, the front desk said that they had not served Continental breakfast for years but had not changed the online information. Only waffles and cereal. That's misleading. I could have stayed at similar hotel for $20 less for that.”

”Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that.”
