* The were some spots on the ceiling in the hallway on the top floor that were peeling off probably due to water-damage. Very unsightly. * The first two days of our stay were effectively ruined due to a large "conference(s)/parties" that had congregated in the dining areas late into the night. Since the rooms open up into the open space above the dining areas, the noise went straight to the rooms which offered little to no soundproofing. It was unbearable but there was nothing we could do. A bad choice to come to this hotel at that time and just a bad design of the hotel in general to be so open and not soundproof the rooms.

It would have been nice for the indoor pool to have been heated, as we chose this hotel for the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was quick and professional. Mohammed was pleasant and fun to deal with. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service were top notch. Definitely one of the best Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

I was in room 239. We had live and dead flies in the room 10 . Who cleaned the room prior to my arrival? I had to call the front desk to have them come up and clean it.

No complaints except that the “welcome reception” was out of snacks one hour into the 1.5 hour reception. It appeared they had cheese and crackers, veggies and dip and something else. Free beverages including alcohol is very nice but not when you don’t drink alcohol. Would’ve been nice to refill the treats. Didn’t swim at all because the indoor pool was ice cold. Would’ve loved a relaxing swim. I think this is one way that hotels are cutting costs. I notice it a lot.

HI, we enjoyed the property. The only comment is coffee maker inside not work and also no one in staff not aware how it get it work.. but, i got complementary coffee from front desk. I also have concern outside smell (smell like Dog poop).. it may be related with new mulch.. it didn't trouble much other than walking in/out to the car. Thanks, Thepul K

Beautiful property. Great breakfast. I didn't understand why maid tidied up the sitting area and bathroom, emptied the trash in the bedroom, but left the bed unmade.

This hotel was extremely nice for the price! The room was beautiful and very clean, and the bed was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Only down side is the pool was not heated so I was not able to enjoy that, as the water was ice cold. Nonetheless, I will definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at embassy suite. It was great. We had everything we needed, and the suite was a very good size . Breakfast was very decent . I recommend.

The hotel has a nice modern look & feel and I liked that there were several spacious common areas for team gathering and socializing. I had very little interaction with staff but when I did, they were friendly. However, my room was not clean. Surfaces were dusty. Hair on bathroom floor and sink. Shower curtain moldy. Our bedroom door was busted and wouldn’t shut all the way. Our toilet ran the entire time we were there. I was charged an additional $50 deposit for “incidentals” on a room that clearly already had several incidents prior to my arrival.

The front staff was friendly, as usual. I love that the hotel is dog friendly, but when we arrived in our room there was a brownish orange stain on the carpet… not good. And there are a ton of 9 year olds here for some hockey convention… super loud in the lobby. But the rooms are surprisingly quiet.

The hotel was very clean and very friendly front desk...the best part was it was an actual hot breakfast with bacon!!!! And the pool.was actually warm two things most hotels are lacking in...location was close to great restaurants and activities will definitely stay here again but you cant go wrong with embassy they are always amazing

Carpets stained in room rooms need minor repairs that aren’t getting addressed. Ordered room service didn’t get all the food we ordered bar and grill food wasn’t that good nothing like it was talked up to be by front desk staff.

Needs some maintenance, but nice.
Hige place, room set up great, but rundown a bit and lots of things in the room were broken. Shower, lights, usb ports. Nice tvs and rightly reception wonderful, though. Would stay again.

Property definitely had great potential and/or was very nice, but there was lack of basic maintenance around the hotel and in our room. Our employee at check in had zero enthusiasm and provided us zero information on our room, the hotel, or any other pertinent information.
