Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. Great place to travel with young children! Main pool area is perfect for little kids (but also for adults). loved the pool bar & DJ. My room was kind of far from the main pool area & didn’t seem to be recently updated but it worked fine for us. Breakfast buffet was 10/10.
