Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The casitas are spacious but the walls are a bit thin and I had loud neighbors. The doors are older as well and sometimes difficult to close or open. Overall the property is beautiful and the staff is fabulous!

Wyndham Phoenix Airport/Tempe
It was dreamy to hang out by the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the airport shuttle. I'd stay here again!
