”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room. The hotel was fully booked so no chance to change rooms. There were like two outlets in the room, only by the sink. Barely got any sleep and we had such high...

”Everything is horrible ”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”The hotel is alright, the location is dodgy, they fail to mention the homeless shelter and surrounding homeless population. Signs say park at your own risk, at the hotel you pay too much to stay at. Pool looks much better in the photos. Stay elsewhere if possible.”

”Poor room cleanliness upon arrival. Booked Mountain View room but looked at parking lot. There 3 day and received NO services, No clean towels, finally after multiple asks, had to go to reception 2 times to get towels. Room never cleaned/touched up despite 3 night stay. Just very poor customer service overall. Breakfast buffet was a joke. No cups in room for coffee maker. Bad experience. ”

”Property cancelled my booking, charged me 110$ to stay for only a few hours, Property was dirty, room was dirty, bed had stains on it. Staff was rude”

”Do not stay here. Dirty bedspread with holes. Thin towels. Stained countertops in the otherwise very clean kitchenette. Water pressure was very strange for the bathroom sink and made it unusable without spraying water all over. Hair still left in the shower from previous guests. Gaps in the laminated floors. But you can park right outside the room and there's a fridge.”

”My room’s dead bolt did not work, the in room coffee pot was missing a brew basket. Pool area was locked up first evening. But the room served its purpose. I used the other latch to secure door and was able to get coffee down by the lobby in morning when I told staff i didn’t have brew basket.”

”Front desk staff very accomodating. Hotel very clean. Front reception bar area nice. Rooms were clean and quiet. Will stay here again if staying in Northern Scottsdale area”

”The BBQ restaurant is no longer there, so there's no where to eat except a tiny bar area in the lobby. Thankfully, a very nice employee directed us to some restaurants within walking distance. There is only one small pool area other than the waterpark area, which is quite a walk from most of the rooms. And much smaller than it appears on the website and in the pictures. Rooms were really nice with a balcony; however, the view from the balcony is of an alley and laundry facility. Why even...
