”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room. ”Misleading. Bait and switch. It should be illegal to call your establishment a “resort” when you are just an over priced motel 6. The lobby is a 10x10 room with stale donuts for breakfast. It’s not big like the pictures trick you into believing. The room gives more, Bates Motel than upscale resort. We checked in and checked right back out. We were more willing to lose the money than get bed bugs and hepatitis C. ”

”The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT.... The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off. You spend the night fixing it or sleeping on the plastic because fitted sheets don't stay on plastic. The bathroom had a new shower curtain but a towel from a previous person was left hanging in the bathroom.The toilet seat definitely should have been replaced because it was old and discolored and...
