”We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.”

”I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

”The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. After we mention we came to Phoenix for my sister’s birthday, the receptionist arranged a small happy birthday treat for my sister on her birthday. The location was great. The mall, movie theater, and lots of restaurants were in walking distance. Definitely we will return!”

”Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”

”The room was nice clean and spacious. Excellent location and service. I’d definitely go back.”

”great place”

”The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!”

”The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

”Great location, right in old town. Hotel was nice, pool and rooftop bar were a plus. Only disappointment was no offering of water upon check in.”
