Important Information for a Smooth Stay:
Late Checkout: A late checkout fee of $150 will be applied if guests remain on the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.
Pet policy:
This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.
Pool Heating: Pool heat is available for an additional $150 per day. Please note that pool heating will only begin once payment is received, and the pool will be set to 80°F. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.
Parking: Up to 4 cars are allowed to park at the property.
ID & Guest Agreement: To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require a photo ID to be submitted and a guest agreement to be signed prior to check-in.
Security Cameras: For your safety, we have security cameras located at the front door and facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your privacy.
Noise Monitors: We have exterior noise monitors in place to measure decibel levels and ensure a peaceful environment. These monitors do not record audio, but help us maintain a quiet atmosphere and prevent parties.
Scottsdale Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances, including quiet hours, apply during your stay.
Landscaping & Pool Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. While we strive to maintain the property, we cannot guarantee the exact day or time of their visits.
Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy
Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
