Barwick is a beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom home that is just off the paved roads in Cave Creek. The home is on 1.4 acres and has amenities that will make you never want to leave.

Barwick immerses you in the native designs of Arizona's history in each room. With the open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen it is easy to make lovely memories together. There is a sparkling waterfall pool, bubbling hot tub, professional putting green, pool table, large Connect4, and ping pong table for full entertainment! Gather outside to eat or relax after a day out in the area.

Close to bars & restaurants in cowboy town, Cave Creek. It's only a 10 min drive to Boulders Resort & 10 mins to Four Seasons/Troon. Shopping at Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Qtr & Kierland are a short drive away too! Golf courses within 5 miles include Legend Trail, Rancho Mañana, Troon, Grayhawk, Boulders. Pinnacle Pk & Black Mt hiking.

Pool heat is an additional fee of $60 + tax daily
Please notify us at least 3 days before your stay, and note that heating must be applied for the entire duration of the stay
Spa heat included during months of October-April. Pool and spa cannot be heated during the months of May-September.
Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.

Pets allowed a max of 2 with a $200 non-refundable fee. Please inform us if you intend to bring a pet.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
