    The house is two miles from the Legacy Sports complex and 5 miles from Mesa Gateway Airport.



    We’ve partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, while also complying with Arizona law. Rest assured, your data is handled securely with them.



    Before your stay, please complete a quick verification and choose one of the following options:

    a) Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee.

    b) Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (refund processing takes 5–10 business days).



    While these options provide added peace of mind, we kindly ask that you care for the property as if it were your own. Leaving excessive trash or causing avoidable damage is discouraged to avoid any additional fee and maintain a welcoming space for everyone.



    Please note: Landscaping is performed periodically, but there is no fixed schedule. Our landscaper may need to access the yard during your stay.

Soccer tournament

House was nice and clean. Exactly as it shows in photos and no surprises or issues. I just came in to coach a soccer tournament so basically just used it for a place to sleep and shower. Beds were fine, bathrooms are nice and large. I could’ve used another towel or two which might be somewhere in the house but I didn’t see any (didn’t look very hard though).

Perfect getaway for a large group.

It would have helped if instructions had been given on how to use the television, what needed to be done when we checked out such as garbage removal and bedding, how to lock the door when we left, and how to use the electric patio blinds

Home great, property mgr issue

Nicely decorated, clean comfortable home with everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails and good easy location to conveniences. Getting the accurate check-in code took 30 minutes of back and forth messaging, and then had difficulty finding the wi-fi network and password info. A simple phone call with each issue would have been helpful as it finally was. Frustrating to spend so much time on what should have been simple. Note: the crock pot burns the food on one end in just a few hours on the low setting.

A few items to consider

We enjoyed the home but found a few things that maybe should be checked out. The cell service was not great, the first nite trying to get into the home was difficult, had to drive over to Burger King to call the manager since the code did not work, which makes it frustrating after a long day of travel. Could not get the TV working, there were no instructions on how to use it or the PW for the WiFi. The bathtub is very slippery needs some something inside the tub so someone doesnt slip and get hurt. The towels provided were new but should have been washed left a blue lint all over the body as well as all over the bathroom tub/floor. Need more that 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for an entire week, had to wash towels and no soap so had to buy that. There should be a 'book' of how too's ie: how to operate the TV, list of emergency numbers, closest hospitals etc, things to do in the area, and list of numbers of who to contact for the house, info on the garbage, what day is pick up, where the garbage cans are stored, list in this book about the security cameras, does the Ring work? are there cameras outside only? Or are there some inside? There is Keurig coffee offered and the coffee machine. The light switches should be marked as which one is for the lights and the ceiling fan. Need hair dryer in every bathroom, only 1 hair dryer. And the plastic on the bed in the master made it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. We did enjoy our stay in the home these are suggestions.
