”We were supposed to have a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, it faced a very busy road, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable. The in-room heating and cooling system was another issue. The air blew directly onto the bed and of course on who is sleeping there making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Overall, the room was not the relaxing experience we had expected.”
